We are completing approximately 20 acquisitions per year across all geographies and ranging in size from $2 million to $100 million purchase price.  We can provide a letter of intent within a week or two of receiving limited financial information on your company.  Once the LOI is signed, the typical time to close a deal is 90 days.

We are flexible with our deal structures to create a win-win for both sides. We have completed deals where the owners are interested in retiring, as well as deals where owners want to stay on and help grow the business.  Owners that stay with the business typically retain a meaningful equity stake.  This equity stake can be sold to Eli Global at a future time using a predetermined valuation formula.

The acquired companies can improve efficiency and profitability by accessing our global centers of excellence. This approach enables management teams to benefit from the broader infrastructure while having the freedom and accountability to focus on improving and growing their businesses.

  • Industries: Life insurance and annuities, dental insurance, electronic medical records, practice management systems, patient engagement, certifications, training, testing and inspection, radiation management, market research, advertising, information/data, niche industries, financial services, extended business office services as well as all elements of revenue cycle management to include billing and coding services and technology, collections, early out receivables, credit management and RCM certification and training.
  • Geography: North America, Europe, Asia.
  • Financials: Revenues up to $100M, preferably positive profitability, although we do have turnaround expertise.
  • Ownership: Majority.
